Responding to an Overdose
The opioid overdose crisis claimed over 100,000 lives across the United States in 2021. It is time for us to act.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Carrying Narcan/Naloxone, knowing how to identify an overdose and how to respond is how we combat the overdose crisis on a community level.
It is up to us.
If you suspect overdose, it's time for Narcan/Naloxone, which binds to opioid receptors in the brain and can restore breathing and consciousness. It can save a life.
